The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Falmouth Town Hall on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. to hear the following appeals:

  1. 2 Town Landing Rd-Dwight Herdrich-The applicant is seeking a Conditional Use Approval under Section 5.22.1 to build an accessory dwelling. Parcel U17-055, zoned RA. Tabled from June.
  2. 103 Foreside Rd-Michael S. Sylvester II- The applicant is seeking a Conditional Use Approval under Section 6.2 for an addition. Parcel U09-005, zoned RA. Tabled from June.
