Public Hearing on an amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to relax zoning provisions for the replacement of utility infrastructure.

Order to authorize the Town Manager to amend the Capital Improvement Plan to eliminate the Fiscal Year 2018 expenditure for the replacement of lighting systems at Village Park in the amount of $80,000 and add an expenditure in Fiscal Year 2015 in the amount of $28,000 for parking lot and pedestrian scale lighting improvements at Village Park and furthermore, add an expenditure of $33,000 for storm water quality treatment improvements and related expenses at Village Park and the associated parking lot in Fiscal Year 2015. (Note: these adjustments will result in a net savings of $19,000 in the Capital Improvement Plan)

The Town Council's Organizational Meeting will be held on Wedensday, June 18, 2014 at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers.  

Falmouth Town Council Meetings are held in the Council Chambers and are broadcast Live on CH2 at 7PM. (Time Warner customers only).
