Agenda Item	Summary
Item 1	Public Hearing on an amendment to the Code of Ordinances to change the organizational structure of the Harbor/Waterfront Committee. A public comment period will be included with the item (5 minutes). ACTION: Schedule order.
Item 2	Review and offer input on a proposed referendum question planned for the November 4, 2014 election and discussion regarding the development of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Falmouth Memorial Library associated with a proposed expansion. Public comment will not be included at this time, but will be scheduled at a future Council meeting. ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Item 3	Presentation of Verizon Wireless's request for conditional rezoning for the construction of a Tier III Personal Wireless Facility at 121 Field Road, Map-Lot R03-079. A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Schedule Public Hearing.
Item 4	Order to approve a supplemental appropriation from Unassigned Fund Balance for Phase II renovations at Town Hall. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 5	Order to carry forward $33,000 of unspent funding from the FY14 Street Line Painting line item, such funding to be used in FY 15. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 6	Discussion about future Council agendas.

Falmouth Town Council Meetings are held in the Council Chambers and are broadcast Live on CH2 and Channel 121 (Time Warner customers only).
