Item 3	Report from Council Committees and liaisons regarding updates on assignments.
Item 4	Report from the Appointments Committee and order relative to filling various vacancies on Boards and Committees. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 5	Discussion about the Greater Portland Transit District (Metro Bus) preliminary FY 2016 budget. A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Item 6	Order to accept the Ad-Hoc Senior Citizen Advisory Committee Report. Note - additional language was added to this order on November 20 at the request of the Senior Citizen Advisory Committee to request funding (approximately $5,000) associated with consultations services that will be used to determined renovation needs in an area of the Mason Motz Activity Center that will serve as a Senior Center. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated
Item 7	Order to amend the charge of the Ad-Hoc Senior Citizen Advisory Committee. A public comment period will be included (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 8	Order to amend the charge of the Ad Hoc Route 1 North Committee deleting the Town residency requirement for its members. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 9	Discussion and update from the Connector Committee regarding a trail connection between the School Department campus and Community Park. A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Item 10	Discussion and update from the Tercentennial Committee regarding the development of a plan to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Town’s incorporation and an Order to authorize the expenditure of money to support the planning efforts, such funding to be available through TIF district development plans. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 11	Discussion about the need to enhance insulation in the attic of the Town Office. A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Item 12	Order to adopt a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (“HRA”) for eligible employees of the Town; authorize the Town Manager to enter into an agreement with Group Dynamic to provide administrative services to the Town with respect to the HRA; direct the Town Manager to execute said HRA and said administrative service agreement provided said documents are in a form acceptable to the Town Manger and to the Town’s legal counsel; and authorize the Town Manager to any execute future amendments to the HRA as may be necessary under the law or generally advisable. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 13	Order to go into Executive Session pursuant to the Laws of Maine to discuss and consider negotiation parameters associated with the Maine Association of Police contract renewal, pursuant 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (D). A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Council action is possible once the Council returns from executive session.
