Roll Call
Item 1	Orders to approve the FY18 School Department Budget as required by M.S.R.A. Title 20-A §1485, §1486, §2307. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 2	Order to sign the June 13, 2017 Budget Validation Referendum and the Municipal Official Election warrant. A public comment period will be included with this item. (3 minutes) ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 3	Public Hearing and Order relative to a new license for the Cumberland Farmers’ Market Association to establish a summer and winter market. A public comment period will be included (5 minutes). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 4	Introduction of an amendment to the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 19, Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance regarding uses in the VC Districts. A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Schedule public hearing.
