	Accessory Building, over 200sf, $25+$0.05/sf
	Porch/Deck - $10 + $.15 /sq ft of floor area
Renovation	$5 /$1000 of estimated construction cost
Commercial / Industrial
New Construction	$10 per $1,000 for new commercial
	Foundation Only- $25 + $.15 /sq ft of area
Renovation	$20 + $7 / 1000 or fraction thereof of the estimated cost
Swimming Pools	$75.00
Demolition Permits	$25.00
Board of Zoning Appeals	See Land Use Permit Fee Schedule
Electrical Administrative	$25.00
Plumbing Administrative	$10.00 per fixture, minimum of $40.00 plus 50% of State fees
Septic system	Non-engineered system $375.00 + $15.00
	replacement disposal field only $225.00 +$15.00 variances $30.00
Certificate of Occupancy	$75.00 for each inspection after occupancy without permit, no charge for Certificates in conjunction with active permits
HVAC, heating/air conditioning	$25.00
Signs	$25 for first + $5 for each additional sign or face
Re-Inspection Fee	$25.00, by discretion of Building Inspector
Fireplace/chimney	$25.00 per flue
Wood Stove Permit	$25.00
