Permit Applications:

  • Permit applications can be delivered for review in the following ways:

  • Payments for applications can be made either by mailed check or by credit card over the phone. Please contact Patrice Perreault for more details at 699-5310.
At this time the Code Enforcement Officers will continue to conduct site inspections.Please be aware of the following:
  • When scheduling inspections please be prepared to answer a few short questions to help ensure adequate preparations can be made prior to a site visit.
  • Enhanced social distancing practices of 6’ separation is required.
  • Other safety measures will be taken on a case by case basis.

Board of Zoning Appeals Applications:

  • At this time, we will continue to accept applications
  • Electronic submissions must be submitted on or before required deadline.

It is unclear at this point when, or in what format, future public meetings will take place.

The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for:

  • Administering and enforcing the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance and the Floodplain Management Ordinance.
  • Administering and enforcing Federal, State, and Local regulations governing construction projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with these rules and regulations by reviewing plans prior to construction and conducting ongoing inspections.
  • Issuing all permits associated with construction projects, e.g. building, plumbing, heating, and electrical.
  • Providing research, technical, and staff support to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
