The Falmouth Community Wellness Committee is excited to announce the First Annual Falmouth Community Fest on June 22, 2024, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Gardens at Tidewater Farm (200 Presumpscot Point Road in Falmouth). The purpose of this event is to foster community gathering, arts, wellness, family, and fun. The event will include food trucks, live music, art, and fun activities for all ages!

 

Call for Artists, Artisans & Makers
Falmouth’s Community Wellness Committee is seeking artists, artisans, and makers to apply to rent a booth at the festival. The site is a lovely grassy area with views of the water. Please see the following links for the application and more information:

The Falmouth Community Wellness Committee is pleased to launch the Falmouth Community Wellness Resource Guide! The guide is intended to assist community members in finding local wellness activities and resources. Wellness is an active process of being aware and making choices towards a healthy and fulfilling life and community. The Committee hopes this guide helps people pursue their personal paths to greater wellness and well-being.

The Committee’s charge is to determine best strategies and practices to inform and promote wellness for Falmouth residents. This charge could be met by educating and engaging the public about available wellness resources, creating a wellness resource guide or annual wellness event, and responding to relevant challenges and opportunities that impact wellbeing in Falmouth. The Committee will also be tasked with distributing town funds to area social service agencies.
