Property Description:  The 15-acre Pleasant Hill property, owned by the town and protected by a conservation easement held by the Falmouth Land Trust, is located between three neighborhoods, which offers ample access to it. It has several loop trails which connect with a main trail that bisects the property and leads to Pleasant Hill Road. Walking each of these trail sections makes for a great ±1 hour hike.

Natural features:  Vernal pools and rock outcrops are abundant on this property. In the spring there are several small streams, which dry up by mid-summer.

History: The town acquired the property in 2006 with financial contributions from both the town and area residents and deeded it to the Falmouth Land Trust the same year.

Allowable Uses: Hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fishing, and nature study are all allowed. Motorized vehicles are prohibited. Trails are moderately difficult and not handicapped accessible.
