Janice was elected to the Town Council in 2019, and has been a resident of Falmouth for over 30 years. She has a B.A. from the University of Southern Maine and the University of Karachi and has over 20 years of community banking experience.
Janice currently serves as Council Liaison to Harbor & Waterfront Committee and Parks and Community Programs. She also serves on the Community Development Committee and the Finance Committee. Additional community involvement includes Avesta Housing (Vice Chair/Board Member), New Ventures Maine (Member, Advisory Council), the Maine Affordable Housing Coalition (Board Member) and GPCOG’s Loan Committee.
