Peter LaFond
Pete was elected to the Town Council in 2020. Pete is a long time resident of Falmouth, who has previously served as Chair of the Recycling and Energy Committee (to which he now serves as liaison), also served on the Ordinance and Appointments Committees.
Pete is an attorney who has lived in Falmouth since 1986, and he has his wife Michelle, who is also an attorney, have raised three children in Falmouth. Pete practiced in Portland law firms, and served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Maine Attorney General’s Office. Pete graduated from Duke Law School, and the University of Maine. He enjoys spending time with his family, and being outdoors riding his bike or surfing. He and his family have spent many happy hours on Falmouth trails, and in Casco Bay.
