Route 1 Project - Weekly Update (9-1-15)

FALMOUTH ROUTE ONE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT 
Construction Update #51 – September 1, 2015
This is a quick update and reminder. Construction activities along the Route One corridor are still on hiatus, but will resume next week.

Projects will include the installation of colored, textured paving around the center islands, along with landscaping installation in the islands and biofilters. You may expect some additional landscaping work (including weeding, loaming, and hydroseeding) in areas along the sidewalks where grass growth has fallen short of specifications.
This work is expected to last one to two weeks, as weather permits (of special note is the landscaping and planting; in the interest of plant viability, crews have been awaiting cooler temperature forecasts).
