Description
Homestead Acres, LLC has completed the concept review for a 151 residential unit and 6,000 square feet of commercial space. The CDC issued findings on July 14, 2017. A formal application was reviewed by the Planning Board on September 5, 2017. The ordinance, Section 19-26.5, prescribes that the next step in the review is the Town Council. The applicant has requested that the Council allow a concept presentation to receive general input and feedback before making any revisions. The Council may also prescribe a process for review. Attachments include the application packet submitted by the applicant and a memo from Amanda Stearns outlining options for the review process.
