Description
Background:
The Council passed Resolution 130-2019 on May 29, 2019. Developing an improved communication system is a key component of the Resolution.
In July 2019, the Town of Falmouth mailed a survey to residents regarding communications methods and the best means of imparting information to and receiving feedback from the community. 345 responses have been received and the survey results can be viewed here.
Current Status:
The Council designated the creation of a strategic communications plan a top priority on the 2019-2020 work plan. Erin Cadigan, Education and Outreach Coordinator, will deliver an update on the development of a plan and a report on new communication tools and efforts. Ms. Cadigan will also review the recent communication survey results.
