Summary
Order to cancel the previously scheduled public hearing on the FY21 Municipal and School Department Budgets, such meeting scheduled for April 1, 2020.
The Council Rules provide for a public comment period when the Town Council takes action. It is anticipated that there will be a motion to suspend Council Rules and not allow public comment for this item.
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Town of Falmouth Charter, section 502.4, requires the Town Council to fix the time and place for holding a public hearing on the budget, and to give public notice of such hearing.
