Item 7	Order to accept the donation of land and to authorize the town manager to execute the transfer of real estate. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes per person). ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Item 8	Order to go into Executive Session pursuant to the Laws of Maine, 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (C), to discuss negotiations of a proposed agreement regarding the use of privately-owned property for public purposes.
