Ordinance amendment introduction scheduled for August 13

At the August 13, 2018 Falmouth Town Council meeting, an ordinance will be introduced to adopt a moratorium on medical marijuana caregiver retail stores. This proposed moratorium would eliminate the possibility of a medical caregiver retail store opening in town for the duration of the moratorium.
