Presentation from the Town Manager regarding options to provide Assessing services from Cumberland County Government.

Description
The Town of Falmouth is working with Cumberland County on a regional assessing option. This collaboration began when the Towns of Cumberland, North Yarmouth and Yarmouth lost its shared assessor to the Town of Scarborough. The Falmouth Assessor is retiring in 2014 which coincides with the timing of this effort.
Staff will be requesting input from the Town Council regarding the next steps in this process. The Town Council will be asked to consider whether there is enough interest to enter into a contract for services and if they would like to schedule a public hearing to solicit public input.
