Summary
Order to approve a supplemental appropriation and transfer in the amount of $100,000 from Unassigned Fund Balance to pay for consulting services related to the administrative rewrite of the land use ordinances, including creating a unified ordinance.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Council has redirected staff resources in the Community Development Department to work with the Community Development Committee on certain action items in the 2013 Comprehensive Plan. The supplemental appropriation will allow the work of the Ad-hoc Zoning Committee to continue and for the project to be completed in the next year. The Finance Committee supports this action.
