Summary
Introduction by Councilor Pierce of an amendment to the Falmouth Code of Ordinances regarding the notice requirements for a special amusement permit.
A public comment period will not be included on this item.\
ACTION: Schedule public hearing.
Description
The amendment will allow abutters within 250 ft. to be notified when a special amusement permit for live music is being considered for approval.
Per Sec. 8-65 (b) of the Code of Ordinance, The entertainment allowed under any class of permit provided for herein shall be conducted at a level which will limit the range of sound to a radius of two hundred (200) feet of the restaurant structure.
