Summary
Order to approve a supplemental appropriation and transfer in the amount of $50,000 from Unassigned Fund Balance to expand the scope of the new railroad crossing bridge at River Point.

Description
The Town Council previously approved funding for the replacement of the River Point bridge. The scope of work included a 6 foot wide bridge that would replace the current 12 foot bridge. New information has been brought forward that supports a 10 foot bridge which is why this matter is being considered by the Town Council. A memorandum has been prepared and submitted by the Land Management and Acquisition Committee which describes the new information and recommendation for a 10 foot wide bridge. The memorandum is attached.
