Description
The Town Council has agreed to accommodate the construction of a covered ice rink with locker rooms and bathrooms at Village Park. This project requires some relaxation of zoning, including the need for site plan review by the Planning Board and some provisions in the VC1 district. Please find attached an introduction letter, the proposed amendment, MRA hearing notes from the Planning Board, and the revised zoning map.
