Summary
Public hearing on a referendum question planned for the November 4, 2014 election on the proposed expansion of the Falmouth Memorial Library.
A public comment period will be included with this item (5 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Description
At their meeting on September 8, the Town Council adopted the bond order for the Falmouth Memorial Library expansion project and voted to sent it to referendum on November 4, 2014. This public hearing is pursuant to the requirements of Section 903 of the Town Charter.
A copy of the bond order and referendum question are attached.
