Description
The Town Council adopted a work plan for the business year, ending June 30, 2015, at its annual work planning retreat in the summer of 2014. The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update and solicit Town Council feedback on progress to date. The 2015 Town Council work plan coincides with much of the initial implementation steps identified in the 2012 Comprehensive Plan approved by the Town Council in February 2014.
A copy of the work plan is attached and includes summaries of progress for individual tasks. Also attached is a memorandum from staff that provides details about progress associated with specific Comprehensive Plan implementation tasks.
