Summary
Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute a License Agreement with the Falmouth Land Trust to use space at the Mason-Motz facility.
A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Falmouth Land Trust has occupied space in the Town Hall for several years and will now be moving with Community Programs to the renovated Mason-Motz facility. The Town, through the town manager, has updated the license agreement with the Falmouth Land Trust to reflect the anticipated move. A copy of the new License Agreement is attached.
