Description
In January, 2015, Tidewater LLC approached the Council with a request to amend the Tidewater Master Plan Development District in order to extend the expiration date of the district, set by ordinance to expire in April 2015, by 10 years. The Council approved a 6 month extension in March, 2015, and directed a sub-committee of two Councilors to discuss with staff and representatives of Tidewater LLC a plan for developing the remaining undeveloped portions of the Master Plan.
Councilors Mahoney and Hemphill have met with representatives of Tidewater LLC and staff and developed the attached outline of tasks and amendments to the Master Plan. Tidewater LLC has reviewed and agreed to the outline; their letter expressing this agreement is also attached.
