Description
OceanView is exploring the renovation and use of, and possible addition to, the former Plummer School for Affordable Senior Housing. OceanView is also interested to explore the potential role that the Town might have in that project.
Staff will give a presentation on the Affordable Housing Tax Increment Financing tool, the potential scope of an Affordable Senior Housing at Plummer Project, and role that the Town could play. Matt Teare will be present to answer any questions on behalf of OceanView.
