Summary
Public Hearing on an amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance Sec. 19-23.11 Master Development Plan Time Limits, in order to extend the Tidewater Master Plan Development District an additional six months.

Description
The Town Council approved a short term extension to the Tidewater Master Development Plan on March 23, 2015, extending the completion date to October 4, 2015. This extension was expressly to allow Tidewater LLC to put together a comprehensive proposal to clarify and update various aspects of the Plan. The Council and Tidewater LLC agreed on a list of items to be developed. Due to time constraints, Tidewater LLC has not submitted the necessary documents to allow the Council to consider changes prior to the expiration date. Tidewater LLC requests that another extension be granted to April 11, 2016 to accommodate the development and review of the proposal as well as go through the zoning amendment process. This extension restricts the development of Areas TF2 and TF3 due to the requested changes for these sites.
