Description
Councilor Farber has provided the attached memo detailing the issue and the proposed changes.
The process for amendment of the Council rules is outlined in Section 23: No rule shall be amended or repealed without notice in writing being given at the preceding meeting, and amendment or repeal of any of these rules shall be by Order of the Council.
