The Town Council updated its work plan at its special meeting on July 23, 2015. The attached work plan was developed as a result of the discussions held at that meeting. Much of the tasks included have been delegated to Town Council sub-committees and appointed committees/commissions. Staff liaisons to these committees have and will work with these committees to develop feedback and refined scheduling that will be periodically reported to the Town Council. Staff expects that there will be an update from all committees on these assigned tasks later this fall. It is possible that there will be some feedback to the Town Council that suggests adjustments to tasks and the timing of completion. This agenda item is designed to update the Town Council, generally, and to offer an opportunity for the Town Council to discuss whether the work plan accurately represents what was discussed at the July 23 special meeting.
