Description
The Town Council reviewed a proposed amendment offered by Councilor Karen Farber at the August 10, 2015 Town Council meeting. At that meeting the Town Council also discussed the need to amend additional language that would require more than a simple majority to pass a motion to move the previous question. Council Russ Anderson volunteered to draft language regarding a majority vote and sumbit it for action at a future meeting. The updated memo with proposed amended language is attached. The original amended language offered by Councilor Farber is in red font and the new language offered by Councilor Anderson is in blue font.
