Description
OceanView is exploring the renovation and use of, and possible addition to, the former Plummer School for Affordable Senior Housing and is interested to explore the potential role that the Town might have in that project. The Town Council has discussed a possible transfer of a portion of the “Village Green,” located between the former Lunt and Plummer Schools, to Oceanview in order to allow for a larger addition to Plummer. This larger addition would enable Oceanview to create a total of 34 units, and would require a transfer of approximately 0.22 acres or 9% of the Village Green property.
