Discussion and update from the Connector Committee regarding a trail connection between the School Department campus and Community Park.

Description
The Town Council established an ad hoc Connector Committee in 2014 to evaluate the feasibility of crossing the Pan Am Rail Road right of way that separates the transportation and trail link between the School Department campus and Community Park. The Committee has developed an update that focuses on several options that do not include a tunnel at this time. The Committee has also realized that work needs to be completed with regard to challenges that may exist regarding right title and interest in the areas that approach a crossing over the RR tracks. A report that describes the project, Council charge, history, and next steps is attached. Also attached is a brief PowerPoint presentation that will be delivered by the Committee Chair, Justin Beauregard.
