Summary
Order to terminate the town's right of incipient dedication in Halter Road and Overlook Farm Road, in the Overlook Farms subdivision.
A public comment period will be included (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Falmouth Land Trust is seeking to vacate all development rights and approvals associated with the 17-lot Overlook Farms Subdivision, which they purchased in June 2015 with financial support from the Town. The first step in this process is for the Town Council to vacate the public rights of incipient dedication in the subdivision's two roadways, Halter Road and Overlook Farm Road.
