Discussion about the future use of property owned by the Town of Falmouth and located next to Underwood Park on Route 88.

Description
The Town Council discussed the future of this property at several meetings in 2009 and 2010, including one public forum on September 21, 2009 with 90 people attending the event. A report on the September 21, 2009 event is attached. Also attached is a staff report, dated January 6, 2010, which was incorporated into a Council discussion at their meeting on January 11, 2010. The final attachment is a communication to the public that attended the September 21, 2009 event regarding the outcome of the Town Council meeting on January 11, 2010.
The Town Council has expressed renewed interest to discuss the future use of this property. The Town Council will determine the next steps in this process/discussion including opportunity for additional public input.
