Summary
Discussion of a proposed Conflict of Interest Policy and notice of a vote, to be held at the March 14, 2016 Council meeting, to amend the Council rules in order to incorporate said policy.
A public comment period will not be included with this item.

Description
The Council's ad-hoc Conflict of Interest policy subcommittee has worked with Town Attorney Amy Tchao to develop the proposed language. According to Council rules, Section 23: "No rule shall be amended or repealed without notice in writing being given at the preceding meeting, and amendment or repeal of any of these rules shall be by Order of the Council. (Amended 8/27/90)".
