Summary
Order to establish a three person Council sub-committee to propose a process for the evaluation of options pertaining to the former Brown property at 260 Foreside Road.
A public comment period will be included (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
At their February 22, 2016 meeting, Councilors discussed possible options for the former Brown property. The Council decided to establish a subcommittee to discuss and propose a process for the Council to follow in regards to the property.
