Summary
Ordinance to amend to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance Sec. 19-23.11 Master Development Plan Time Limits, in order to extend the Tidewater Master Plan Development District an additional six months.
A public comment period will not be included with this item as public comment was taken at an earlier date.

Description
The Tidewater Master Plan District has been extended several times in the last few years to enable Tidewater LLC to submit a proposal outlining changes to various aspects of the District as well as associated plans and documents. The current deadline is April 11, 2016. Due to the complexity of the document review and the timeliness of the proposal submittal, Councilor Farber is introducing an amendment to extend the deadline of the Master Plan to October 10, 2016. This will afford a reasonable period of time for Tidewater LLC, the Council sub-committee and town staff to develop, review and finalize all plans, legal documents and zoning amendments associated with the requested changes to the Master Plan.
At its April 5, 2016, meeting the Planning Board, acting as the Town’s designated Municipal Reviewing Authority, held a public hearing on the proposed amendment. A memo from Town Staff detailing that hearing is attached.
