Summary
Workshop to discuss suite of zoning amendments based on the Year 1 implementation of the Comprehensive Plan.
A public comment period will not be included.
ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Description
As a follow up to the presentation at the introduction and the public hearing on April 25, this workshop is scheduled to give the Council additional opportunity to review the amendments and schedule the remaining steps toward adoption. As noted at the hearing, the Community Development Committee (CDC) has made some minor modifications to the language . The following attachments are included for this item:
