Summary
Order to accept the Ad-Hoc Tercentennial Committee's final report and to extend the committee's term.

Description
The Tercentennial Committee will offer a presentation of their final report and recommendations. A copy of the presentation, the report and its appendicies are attached.
The Committee charge, approved by the Council in November 2015, calls for the committee to develop recommendations for events and deliver their report. It does not provide for the committee to continue beyond this point. The members of the committee respectfully request that the term be extended in order to allow them to implement recommendations included in their report, as directed by the Town Council, through the tercentennial year.
