Summary
Order to endorse a PACTS 2019 Collector Road Paving project.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The regional transportation agency, PACTS, distributes funding support for eligible transportation projects in the Greater Portland area on a multi-year basis. In order to be eligible for PACTS funding, collector roads that are candidates for paving through PACTS require Council endorsement. One paving project in Falmouth has been identified as a paving candidate for PACTS funding support: Middle Road, between Lunt Road and the Presumpscot River Bridge.
