Summary
Order to approve a new Victualer license for Falmouth Premium Cinema, 206 US Route 1, Falmouth.
A public comment period will be included (3 minutes per person).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
Flagship Premium Cinema is requesting approval for a food service/ victualer license for their new cinema to be located at 206 US Route 1, next to Wal-Mart. Falmouth Premium Cinema has applied for the appropriate State license and will provide a copy to the Town Clerk upon receipt. The target date to open is June 20, 2016.
