Summary
Ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances and the Town of Falmouth Zoning Map to implement Year 1 Comprehensive Plan strategies as identified by the Town Council.
A public comment period will not be included as public comment was taken at an earlier date.
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Community Development Committee requests that the Council consider adoption of the Year 1 amendments as presented to the Town Council on May 9, 2016. The CDC met on June 15 and made a few minor modifications to clarify some language.
