Summary
Introduction to amendments to the Code of Ordinances, Section 9.92, to change the membership of the Harbor/Waterfront Committee.
A public comment period will not be included.
ACTION: Schedule public hearing.
Description
At the May 19, 2016, Harbor/Waterfront Committee meeting the committee voted to request a change to the Coastal Waters Ordinance that would allow for up to three members of the committee to be non-residents.
A letter of introduction from Councilor King, a memo from Police Chief Ed Tolan and a copy of the proposed language is attached.
