Public Hearing and Order to approve a new victualer license for Rivalries Falmouth, LLC.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
Rivalries Falmouth, LLC is requesting approval for a food service/ victualer license for their new restuaruant to be located at 2 Hat Trick Drive. Rivalries Falmouth, LLC has applied for the appropriate State license and will provide a copy to the Town Clerk upon receipt. The target date to open is November 1, 2016.
