Summary
Order to amend the Land Use Fee Schedule to add fees for contract zoning.
A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
As part of the adoption of legislation for contract zoning, the CDC recommends the Land Use Fee Schedule be amended. The proposed amendment also includes a few minor clarifications to document the current practice on how fees are applied. Included is the draft amendment.
