Update from the Town Manager regarding options for installing new streetlights on utility poles.

Description
The Town Council will be updated on how the town can manage streetlights in the future. The attached presentation describes the history of legislation and regulatory processes/rulings along with a plan to replace all streetlights located on utility owned poles.
