Summary
Presentation of a Street Standards Report prepared by the Long Range Planning Advisory Committee (LPAC).
A public comment period will not be included with this item.
ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Description
As authorized by the Town Council, the Long Range Planning Advisory Committee (LPAC) conducted a review of the street standards for Falmouth . The committee met five times to discuss this topic. In addition, it obtained comments from staff and conducted a public forum with representatives from the real estate sector.
On November 10, 2016, the final report was reviewed in a joint meeting between CDC and LPAC. The CDC is recommending acceptance of the report by the Council.
