Council workshop on land use policy related to recreational marijuana establishments.
A public comment period will not be included with this item.
ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Description
The Council will review options for regulating recreational marijuana establishments. Options for consideration are identified in the attached agenda. Community Development and legal staff will be available to assist with questions.
History
- State wide referendum passed November 7, 2016

- State delayed retail marijuana sales licenses until at least February 2018.
