Summary
Order to amend the Falmouth Harbor Fee Schedule.

Description
The Harbor/Waterfront Committee is recommending that the dinghy permit fees be increased from $50/year to $100/year for residents, and from $100/year to $200/year for non-residents. This change is in conjunction with the proposed ordinance amendment to reduce the number of dinghy permits in order to provide a safer environment at Town Landing. The goal of the fee increase is to provide additional revenue to cover the loss from the reduction in permits, and also reduce mooring holders' desire to obtain a permit. The Town provides five dinghies for public use at the Town Landing.
